2. Conclusion of the contract with the Company

The contract is considered concluded when the Company receives the order form from the User via electronic data transmission, after verifying the accuracy of the data included. Delivery Delivery times for goods ordered from the website vary depending on the order placed by the customer and the delivery conditions of the order itself. Shipping will be arranged within 7 working days from payment and registration of the credit.

(write the reason) on the bill of lading received from the courier or any other operator. Following this, the Customer must report any damage within 3 days from receipt of the goods according to the methods planned by the operator who carried out the shipment.

You can track the status of any shipment online using the tracking code the system sends to the customer's email address once the shipment has been dispatched. This code contains information on the courier used, the tracking code, and instructions on how to track the shipment.
6. Cancelling or modifying an order
