Shipping methods
Orders are delivered via DHL or GLS courier to the address you indicate.
The destination address cannot be changed once the shipment has been made.
A DHL or GLS tracking number will be sent to you via email to track your shipment.
Delivery times: Once the order is processed, the package is shipped via Express shipping.
Europe: 2 – 3 working days
Rest of the world: 3 – 4 working days
Please note that all covers for the face masks are not returnable due to regulations sanitary ware!
Your order will be shipped within five days, Monday through Friday. Delivery times for goods ordered from the Site vary depending on the order placed by the Customer and the order's delivery terms.
The times relating to delivery conditions are approximate and not binding for the Company.
Countries & Shipping Costs
ITALY: Free shipping on all orders!
EUROPE: Free shipping on orders over €500, then €30.
USA and REST OF THE WORLD: €50
Taxes and Customs Duties
Any additional costs due to taxes, duties, and sales taxes for countries outside the European Union are the buyer's responsibility. These must be paid directly to the carrier to release the order. For further information, please contact your local customs office or tax authority.
